YOUR NEW ROLE: 

You’ll be the lifeline for our field techs, ensuring they have the parts and information they need to deliver on ALLRED’s promise of top-notch customer service. You’ll dispatch techs, track down OEM parts, coordinate runners, and manage schedules like a pro. Your work behind the scenes will directly impact our team’s ability to deliver exceptional service in the field.

  • Dispatch technicians for efficient service
  • Track down and manage OEM parts for repairs
  • Coordinate delivery of parts with runners to job sites
  • Clearly document every project’s specifics
  • Schedule repair work and manage membership maintenance visits
  • Organize and maintain our Membership Database
