HealthRIGHT 360 is seeking a Clinical Team Supervisor/Psychologist for their residential services programs in San Francisco, CA.

HealthRIGHT 360 offers residential treatment services designed to serve individuals and families with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders. Our program helps clients address addiction and related issues, increase skills, manage stressors, connect to supportive service, and build a foundation for lasting recovery. Residential programs run 24/7 and Individual and group therapy, family therapy, individualized case management, treatment planning, drug and alcohol counseling, medication support services, and crisis intervention.

POSITION OVERVIEW

This is a union position onsite in San Francisco Work collaboratively with a team consisting of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Counselors and SUD Clinical Supervisors to provide valuable insight, direction, and oversight of Drug Medi-Cal (DMC) services Participate in a collaborative care process for clients, which includes providing individual Review and sign initial treatment plans and medical necessity forms adhering to strict DMC timelines Participate in a collaborative care process for clients, providing individual and group therapy Provide safe, supportive, and confidential counseling Maintain a culturally competent stance Create and maintain a trauma informed program environment at all times Conduct mental health and substance use disorder assessments and evaluations to identify behaviors and problems related to a client's substance use and potential co-occurring disorders Link clients with the appropriate resources to meet their physical and mental health needs Facilitate psycho-education groups on a variety of core curricula and collaborate with care management staff to assist clients in obtaining entitlement benefits, housing, and medical services in the community and participate in discharge planning
REQUIREMENTS Valid Board Licensed Psychologist or Waiver eligible Willingness to work within a substance abuse treatment or community mental health setting, Experience working successfully with issues of substance abuse, mental health, criminal background, and other potential barriers to economic self-sufficiency, preferred Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Internet applications), accurate data entry Knowledge of clinical documentation In compliance with the California Department of Public Health's mandate, all employees must be able to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination--medical and religious exemptions are available
