What We’re Looking For

We seek caregivers who are:

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
  • Provide light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.
  • Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines.
  • Adapt to individual care plans to ensure the highest standard of care.
Qualifications
  • No experience required: We provide comprehensive training for those new to care giving.
  • A genuine desire to help others and a willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience as a Personal Care Aide (PCA), Home Health Aide (HHA), Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA), or caregiver is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.
Schedule Options
  • Day shifts, night shifts, and weekend availability.
  • On-call and overtime opportunities for those seeking extra hours.

  1. Age Requirement: Applicants must be at least 18 years old to apply.
  2. Reliability: Demonstrate a strong commitment to showing up on time, completing shifts, and providing consistent care to clients.
  3. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with other caregivers, clients, and families to ensure seamless care and communication.
  4. Professional Representation: Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while upholding company values in every client interaction.
  5. Strong Communication Skills: Clearly and effectively communicate with clients, families, and team members, providing updates as needed.
  6. Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to client needs and pick up extra shifts as required, including weekends and holidays.
  7. Compassionate Care: Provide respectful, patient-centered care that promotes dignity and independence for seniors.
  8. Willingness to Learn: Open to training and development to meet caregiving standards and client-specific requirements.
  9. Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from client locations (valid driver’s license preferred but not required).
  10. Background Check: Ability to pass a background check and other pre-employment screenings.
