We're looking for a Contract Accounts Payable Analyst to join our growing team on a contract basis (with high potential to convert to permanent). In this role, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing and accuracy of construction project invoices.

What You'll Do:
  • Process a high volume of invoices performing 3-way matches and identifying discrepancies
  • Manage vendor onboarding, ensuring compliance with insurance requirements and collecting necessary documentation
  • Analyze invoice discrepancies, collaborate with project owners on reclassifications, and ensure all projects are coded correctly
  • Interpret contract terms to resolve billing issues and manage change orders
  • Maintain strong vendor relationships and build effective partnerships
Who You Are:
  • Minimum of 1-2 years' experience in Accounts Payable
  • Construction industry experience (MUST)
  • Multifamily experience
  • Strong Excel (Pivot Tables and V-lookups)
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent analytical skills
  • Tech-Savvy
