We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Entry Level Communications Coordinator to assist with internal and external communications. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. As a Communications Coordinator at Craftexcom, you will play a key role in supporting various communication initiatives to engage our stakeholders and promote our brand.

Pay range:
$21.50 - $31.50 hourly

Job:
Full time

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of communications strategies and initiatives
  • Create and edit content for various communication channels, including social media, newsletters, and website
  • Support the planning and execution of events and campaigns
  • Conduct research to identify media and partnership opportunities
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare reports
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in communications, marketing, or related roles is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for different audiences and channels.
  • Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and engaging content creation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with social media platforms and communication tools.
