We are looking for experienced Assistant General Managers to join our team

If so, this is the job for you We are Modern Market – a farm fresh eatery that serves awesome food in a fast paced, open kitchen setting. We love food and we love providing an excellent guest experience to each person that walks through our door. We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Assistant General Manager to join our team. Our Assistant Managers are passionate leaders, on-their feet thinkers and inspirational motivators, sound like you?
Assist the Restaurant General Manager in the day to day operations of the restaurantAssist with recruiting and hiring efforts in the restaurantAssist with inventory counts and product ordering for the restaurantLead the orientation/on-boarding process for new team membersAssist in developing/writing the restaurant scheduleWhat you’ll have:
Minimum 2 years of restaurant assistant general manager experienceExceptional communication skillsFood handlers and alcohol service training preferredAbility to coordinate multiple tasks while also maintaining high operational standardsWhat you’ll get:
