- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met within scope, timeline, and budget.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Prepare status reports and presentations for project stakeholders.
- Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to elicit and document business requirements and workflows.
- Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Assist in user acceptance testing and validation of implemented solutions.
- Create/Update/Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including user manuals, API guides, system specifications, and security documentation.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and development teams to gather information for documentation.
- Edit and proofread existing documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy.
- Ensure documentation adheres to established standards and guidelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in management information systems or related field preferred
- 3-5 years in the Information Technology industry
- 3-5 years of combined experience as a Junior PM, Business Analyst, and Technical Writer
- Ability to analyze and translate functional business requirements from stakeholders into detailed tasks for Design and Development teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience in Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
- Experience with tools such as JIRA, Camtasia, and Visio
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite or similar.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality deliverables.
- Ability to adapt and learn quickly in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Certification in SharePoint or Salesforce
- Previous hands-on experience working in cross-functional teams.
- PMP Certification or Scrum Master certification
