As the Software Maintenance Engineer, you'll:

Design and execute solutions to maintain and develop the ACG software and related analytics portfolio products to a high quality standard under the leadership of the product director. Establish and execute maintenance pipelines, testing criteria and deployment processes Troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues Test proposed solutions and software enhancements with internal and external stakeholders Contribute internally to product direction, issue prioritization, release cycle roadmap and knowledge management/documentation

What you’ll bring:

3+ years of technical software development/maintenance experience 3+ years of experience working with Linux or Unix operating systems installation, configuration, upgrade, and maintenance and a good understanding of Linux command line tools Experience working with hosted applications or large-scale application deployments Experience with API development, deployment, and maintenance Domain experience working with healthcare data Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or other related degree is required. May substitute relevant degree with additional years of experience.
