  • Obtain and record the vitals of patients and collect and label urine and blood samples.
  • Verify, review, and enter patient medical history and record patients’ diseases, operations, immunizations, and other important information in electronic health records and databases.
  • Administer and distribute medications and immunizations following the company’s policies, procedures, and guidelines.
 Licensed Vocational Nurse’s Qualifications
  • A valid and current Licensed Vocational Nurse Certification is required.
  • One (1) year of Licensed Vocational Nurse experience in a clinic, hospital, or healthcare facility is required.
  • Must be a Licensed Vocational Nurse with the State of Texas.
  • Essential knowledge of electronic medical records systems is required.
  • Basic CPR certification is required.
  • Must have a valid Texas Driver’s License and be able to pass a driver’s license check.
