Je bedient een brede cliëntenkring. Geen uitdaging gaat te ver. Je werkt in een jong, dynamisch en sterk groeiend team met een echte hands-on mentaliteit. Jouw voornaamste taak is om cliënten zelfstandig te bedienen en een proactieve bijdrage te leveren op vaktechnisch gebied. Het begeleiden en verder ontwikkelen van onze medewerkers zal ook een belangrijk onderdeel van je takenpakket zijn.

De btw-adviesgroep van RSM is een ambitieus en dynamisch team en daar word jij onderdeel van. Je adviseert een gevarieerde cliëntenkring, bestaande uit Nederlandse MKB+ bedrijven tot grote multinationals op het gebied van indirecte belastingen. DIt doe je over de vestigingen heen, wat juist een onderscheidende factor is van dit team.

RSM Hoofddorp bevindt zich in het moderne en duurzame kantoorpand Pharos. Gemakkelijk te bereiken vanuit omliggende steden, met parkeervoorzieningen en het NS station Hoofddorp pal naast onze voordeur. In Hoofddorp werk je samen met ongeveer 150 collega’s. Je vindt hier de collega’s van HR, Marketing, Compliance, Accountancy, Tax en ons internationale Business Consulting team.

Door jouw leiderschapskwaliteiten stuur jij opdrachten aan, bewaak je de relatie met de cliënt en bouw je deze relatie uit.

Als (Assistant) Tax Manager btw herken je jezelf in het profiel:

Studie fiscaal recht of fiscale economie afgerond; Ingeschreven als NOB-lid (Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs) of reeds gestart met de SOB-opleiding met profiel omzetbelasting; Tenminste 4 – 6 jaar relevante werkervaring; Klantgericht, stressbestendig en je ziet in problemen de uitdaging om de juiste oplossing te vinden; Werkervaring in de btw-praktijk is een vereiste, bij voorkeur in alle facetten van de btw; Onafhankelijk en beschikkend over een ‘rechte rug’;
