A day in the life.
As our Associate Account Manager on the Commercial Lines team, you’ll be responsible for the following:
Maintain and update the Communication Log daily. Ability to create transmittal letters and other correspondence letters, as necessary. Department scanning. Maintain agency EPIC files accurately and consistently documenting conversations in emails and other notes sent to clients, while adhering to all MIB electronic and EPIC procedures.Our future colleague.

College Degree preferred (high school diploma is required) Current California Department of Insurance License 1 year of experience Proficient MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes. Work environment & physical demands.
Ability to use computer keyboard and sit in a stationary position for extended periods as well as use office machinery such as fax and copy machines, and telephones. Work is performed in a typical interior/office work environment.Valuable benefits.
