Description

Team Fishel, the Best Choice Employer in the utility construction business, is looking to hire Aerial Groundhand/Laborers for Telecom projects with our Broadband Communications division. An Aerial Groundman/Laborer at Team Fishel will handle projects of various complexity and perform site work.

Responsibilities:

Work as a part of an overhead telecom crew.

Load, unload, layout and prep tools/supplies/equipment/materials needed at each job site.

Assist as required in all manual labor aspects of the project as directed by the Lineman, Foreman, or Supervisor.

Handle physically demanding construction duties as needed

Requirements & Qualifications:

Valid CDL-A is strongly desired

Must be able to follow instructions and have good communication skills

Must be able to stoop, kneel, crouch, dig, and reach.

Must be able to climb ladders.

Must be able to travel as needed

Must be able to perform strenuous physical labor under all types of conditions

Must meet DOT requirements

Basic tools required could be climbing tools (Belt and Gaffs), basic hand tools etc

Must be committed to working safely

Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Pay- $19.00- $25.00 an hour
