Description of Position:

As a Paraprofessional with Soliant, you will be at the forefront of educational excellence, participating in engaging lesson planning sessions, collaborating with parents and school officials, and co-teaching lessons under the guidance of experienced Teachers. Your role will involve leading small groups, providing individualized instruction and discussions, and ensuring a conducive learning environment by organizing the classroom and minimizing distractions.

You'll also have the rewarding responsibility of supervising students both in and out of the classroom, attending to their diverse needs, and contributing to extracurricular activities and school functions. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining educational materials, tracking student progress, preparing reports for parents, and providing valuable support to Teachers in counseling parents on their children's development.

Required Qualifications:
