Job Description Summary

 This role is responsible for supervision of employees and oversight of production processes within assigned area.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Ensure all safety rules are followed and employees follow the safety program Manage and supervise a group of 5-10 people in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Accurately fill out production sheets daily Perform minor repairs to equipment Operate all production equipment in a specific area Ensure department is producing quality product consistently Maintain a safe, organized and clean work environment Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements/Experience

High school graduate or equivalent 2+ years forklift operations in a manufacturing setting 1+ years working in a supervisory/lead role Ability to lift up to 80 pounds
