Develop, improve, and customize products and formulas Explore, innovate, and create new chemistries, materials, and technologies Explore or design biological additives for dental materials Design and implement experiments Collaborate with a dynamic team to generate new products Conduct research and remain current on applicable technologies 

 
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: 

B.S. in Chemistry, Biology, or related scientific field with R&D experience is idealExperience in biomaterials and/or medical devices is preferred Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Office Suite
