ProjectClient Manager

Anindustry leading multidisciplinary team is looking for aSenior Project/ClientManager for their St. Petersburgteam

Responsibilities:

• Performproject and client management duties for multidiscipline projects
  
• Workclosely with directors managers and engineering staff to ensureclient needs and expectations areexceeded
  
• Prepareproposals and administer project contracts
  
• Managedesign process and workplan
  
• Supervisestaff on the followingduties:
  

• Designnew building structures alterations renovations and additions toexistingbuildings
  
• Completemonthly financial performance metrics on projects managed(including hours to completerequirements)
  
• Managepreparation of design deliverables for SD DD CD leveldocuments
  
• Coordinatethe facilitation of Architectural and Engineering drawings/attendcoordinationmeetings
  
• Manageclientexpectations
  
• Manageprojectdeliverables/deadlines
  

• ManageQA/QCprocess
  
• Attendmeetings
  
• Assistwith businessdevelopment
  

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Engineeringpreferred
  
• 12years of project managementexperience
  
• PELicensepreferred
  
• Experiencedesigning a variety of projects includingHealthcare SportsCommercial Public Sector Industrial Education and/or Institutionalprojects
  
• Extensiveknowledge of local and national building codes/designpractices
  
• Knowledgeof standard construction practices
  
• Experienceworking with contractors to address constructionissues
  
• Experienceworking/managing multiple project teamsconcurrently
  

Salaryis commensurate withexperience.
