WHAT'S THE SCOPE?

We're delighted to offer competitive compensation ranging from $150,000 to $175,000, with potential for additional earnings.

Our dental practice also provides exceptional benefits including:

We understand the significance of maintaining a consistent schedule while achieving a healthy work-life balance. That's why our dentistry offers a four-day workweek. Your standard schedule spans from Monday to Wednesday from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm and Thursdays from 6:50 am to 3:00 pm.

 

YOUR DAY

As an Associate Dentist, you're a vital member of our dental practice, assisting a diverse range of patients in achieving oral health and confidence daily. Your role involves performing various dental procedures, from routine exams to complex treatments like fillings, crowns, and implants. With a gentle approach, you listen attentively to patients' concerns, addressing their needs while providing valuable education. You foster a supportive environment, ensuring every patient feels cared for, and readily contribute to teamwork beyond chairside duties. QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN ASSOCIATE DENTIST

  • Dental Practice Residency is preferred or a minimum of 3-5 years of experience is expected
  • General dentist license in Tennessee
  • Willingness to maintain the highest level of confidentiality to HIPAA standards
  • Willingness to strictly comply with OSHA regulations and office standards
  • Ability to perform some routine maintenance on dental equipment
