As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Klein Tools, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Talent Acquisition team. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to gain extensive experience in the field of talent acquisition. Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding: Provide comprehensive administrative support, assist in recruitment by managing job postings, attending job fairs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with staffing agencies and potential candidates to build a strong talent pipeline. Administrative Excellence: Prepare a variety of correspondence, manage HR documents, and ensure smooth operational flow within the Talent Acquisition department. Support and Coordination: Assist in various TA tasks, handle sensitive communications, and ensure efficient processes within the team.

Requirements:

Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for helping others. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with strong organizational and prioritization skills with meticulous attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity. Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
