Ennis Care Center is currently searching for a talented Receptionist to join our team We are looking for applicants for PRN dayshift, and PRN evening.
Receptionist Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone, refer calls, and take messages as needed. Pass along a resident’s direct phone # to reduce the volume of calls which need to be forwarded.
- Greet and direct visitors, welcome everyone to the facility.
- Complete the incident log on a daily basis.
- Maintain an up-to-date mailing list of responsible parties for all families of residents.
- Run errands (trips to laboratory, physician’s offices, business office supplies, etc.) as necessary.
- Ensure all outgoing mail is sent each day and incoming mail is directed to the appropriate department, resident, or personnel.
- Type letters, reports, documents, statements, purchase orders, invoices, minutes of meetings, agendas, etc., as necessary, or as directed.
- Provide customer service support to residents, family members, visitors, and staff.
- Prepare New Hire/Orientation packets, as well as Admission packets.
- Ensure administrative supplies have been replenished in work areas, as necessary. Reorder new supplies, as needed and within the budget allocated. Document purchases made and ensure that expenses are limited to the budget allocated.

The primary purpose of the Receptionist position is to ensure the highest quality of resident care available, support staff and establish a positive reputation in the community while delivering on the Eduro HealthCare Values of wellness, compassion, customer experience and company results.
**Daily Pay Available**
Receptionist Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a receptionist.
- Experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
- Successful completion of a training and competency evaluation program required.
- Completion of orientation required by company policy.
- Health screening and TB test (if required) within two weeks of employment.
- Mandatory drug test within 90 days of hire.
- Must be free of criminal activity proven by a criminal background check.
- Show within three (3) days of hire satisfactory evidence of identity and eligibility for employment.
- Highschool Diploma or equivalent.
