Medication Tech

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Medication Tech to join our team and assist in the administration of medications to patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately dispensing prescribed medications, monitoring patients for any adverse reactions, and documenting medication administration.

**Qualifications:**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certification as a Medication Technician is preferred
- Proven experience working in a healthcare setting
- Strong knowledge of medication administration procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment

**Responsibilities:**
- Dispense medications to patients according to prescribed dosages and schedules
- Monitor patients for any adverse reactions to medications and report any concerns to the nursing staff
- Maintain accurate records of medication administration and patient responses
- Ensure all medications are stored and handled properly in accordance with facility policies
- Assist in ordering and replenishing medication supplies as needed
