About the Role

You will be a core team member of our DashMart Central Strategy & Operations team, with a key focus on labor, site quality and efficiency. You will focus on enabling our business to grow by identifying and executing on our strategic roadmap to drive labor efficiency at the market level across the DashMart business. You will dive into analyzing operations data, deploying strategic workflow design, and facilitating internal processes related that will directly impact our field operations teams. You may also have experience in marketplace growth, with a high bar for solving complex problems using data as your source of truth. You will report into a Manager within the New Business Verticals organization. We are in a hybrid model, so we do get our teams together a few times a year for in-person collaboration. All our offices are open should you choose to go in on a more regular basis

Build. You'll have your fingerprints all over DoorDash's next big business. You'll launch, get 1% better every day, and scale something completely new. This means everything from high-level strategy to minute operational details.Strategize. From fundamentals, you'll develop the strategy for best serving our customers.Analyze. You'll assess the operational and financial impacts of your decisions, and iterate based on data.Lead. You'll work with multiple teams, including engineering, product, design, operations, finance, and marketing to build this new line of business for DoorDash.
