We are currently seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Resident Medication Assistant

This is a great opportunity for nursing students

Schedule:     Full Time with rotating weekend availability

Salary:  $16.00 - $17.50/hour - based on experience 

Shift Differential for evenings, nights and weekends

Resident Medication Aide Responsibilities include:

  •        Ensure compliance and understanding of all regulations regarding residents’ rights
  •        Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, changing of bed linens, positioning, transfer, mobility, and incontinence care as needed
  •        Assist in monitoring the medication program
  •        Dispenses medication in accordance with physician orders and as stated on the Medication Administration Record for all residents
  • Please Note: Qualified individuals will be onboarded as a Resident Care Aide and promoted to Resident Medication Assistant after medication training is complete. 

Resident Medication Assistant Education & Experience:

  •        High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  •        Two (2) years of resident care experience and/or training required
  •        Successfully complete all training as required by state regulations
