This is a full-time position that where you are expected to manage a caseload. Initial employment compensation will be based your experience, with opportunities for increases after that. There is an opportunity for bonus compensation for those who can demonstrate their profitability.

• Schedule: Hybrid work schedule - Monday to Friday - in-office at least 3 days per week.
• Travel requirement: No travel
• Ability to Relocate: Virginia Beach, VA 23454: Relocate before starting work (Required)
• Work Location: In person at least 3 days per week and maybe more depending on deadlines

$20 - $25 hourly

• Hold client interviews to gather information about their legal problems
• Organize our case filing systems to ensure all documents are properly sorted and easy to locate, and other administrative duties as needed

• Communicate with clients effectively and lead them through the steps of our process, including gathering information and documents and daily communication
• Initiate cases and draft applications and support letters and motions for attorney review

• Talented communicator and writer
• Candidates who have completed a paralegal professional certification or have advanced paralegal education will receive preference
• Excellent organizational skills, and time-management skills

• Bilingual (Spanish) highly preferred
• At least 2-years business immigration experience
• Extremely comfortable with technology
