Crossroads is a leading addiction treatment provider of outpatient medication-assisted treatment (MAT). We treat patients with opioid use disorder (OUD) using medications such as methadone and suboxone/ buprenorphine. We pride ourselves in supporting our patients’ medical and personal recoveries from substance use disorder. Starting our fight against the opioid addiction crisis in 2005, Crossroads has remained physician led and patient focused as we’ve grown to 100+ clinics across nine states. Evaluate and manage patients with opioid use disorder in our outpatient clinic settings

Prescribe appropriate medications and treatments as indicated by patient assessment

Complete medical documentation per Crossroads standards

Collaborate with clinic staff to provide holistic care to patients, including referrals to other medical providers and community services

4 hours weekly/ one day a week (can be Monday, Tuesday or Friday). There is potential for more hours if preferred. Example of schedule could be 11a-3p or 9a-2p.

Active Licensed Physician in the state of practice

DEA licensure in the state of practice

Additional education or certification may be required depending on state of practice

W-2 employment $200./hr

Malpractice insurance paid by Crossroads.
