The JOB:

As the Spa Director, you will have the opportunity to create a relaxing and renewing experience for our guests. Spa L’Auberge draws from local resources and exotic imported healing rituals to pamper, protect, and purify our guests. Our Spa Director is responsible for providing strategic direction and managing the Spa to ensure a smooth operation of all systems and services required to meet Company standards to provide outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

YOU:

To be successful in this position, we're looking for someone who thrives on interacting with guests and team members and enjoys providing memories that will last a lifetime This role requires good communication and organizations skills, the ability to motivate and inspire and a desire to take care of others. You will enjoy building and managing an effective team by coaching, training and inspiring them. You will market the Spa and its services to increase visibility and will assist in developing new services, marketing strategies and promotions.

Requirements

 Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: 

High School diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management desired. (5) or more years of related and progressive luxury spa management experience. Working knowledge of general health & sanitation codes required Ability and experience to successfully lead and coordinate staff in a high volume, time sensitive environment Experienced in developing and maintaining effective operating and control processes designed to attain maximum operating efficiency Ability to create, manage and balance departmental budgets Strong attention to detail, and excellent communication with the ability to solve problems while demonstrating a positive and professional demeanor Must have a valid CPR certificate within 30 days of employment
