Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and tend to customers in a prompt, efficient, friendly manner Prepare all food and grab-and-go items to QuickChek standards Ensure items are in stock, fresh, and meet quality standards Comply with all corporate sanitation guidelines at all times Keep up-to-date on new policies and procedures Attend all mandatory/scheduled store meetings Enforce and practice Loss Prevention policies Communicate any questions, concerns, or issues to the Night Leader timely Keep store products in stock and set to planogram Maintain a clean, clutter-free store at all times Sweep, mop, and clean, as necessary Ensure all equipment is operational and call for service when necessary Perform and ensure proper techniques for food preparation, cash handling, and all other procedures are met Packs out, prices, and faces deliveries Properly operates the cash register and lottery machine Processes voids, returns, and customer complaints Completes all required shift reports and achieves shift objectives Practice Loss Prevention policies Comply with fuel operating policies and local/federal regulations (where applicable)
Qualifications
Must Haves
Minimum 18 years of age Friendly Willing to Smile a lot A Great Attitude Ability to get to work on time Able to deliver the highest level of Customer Service Strong Communication Skills Self-Motivated Food & beverage service experience Shift Management/Supervisory experience
