 Phillips Staffing is looking for detail oriented and creative individuals who are adaptable to change within a medium paced environment for leading manufacturing plant in Pendleton, SC. Responsibilities: 
  • Operate and maintain assigned looms for fabric breaks to splice material together for continuous work flow
  • Splice in correct filling per the lot card on the loom
  • Monitor, change fabric spools and thread to maintain work flow
  • Completing daily team maintenance (DTM) activities
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the airbag side of the plant by sweeping, picking up string waste, and properly disposing filling cones
  • Liaising with previous and next lines of production of any stoppage or down time for machine maintenance
 Other Duties: 
  • Maintain a clean/safe work environment while complying with safety and quality standards
  • Meet production goals set by department manager
  • Behave in a positive manner that enhances productivity and the success of the company
  • Follow dress code including PPE guidelines as specified for the position
  • Miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager/supervisor
 Requirements: 
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Strong dexterity and hand-eye coordination
  • Basic math skills including measurement
  • Ability to work with small hand tools
  • Ability to comprehend written and verbal instructions
