San Francisco, United States Rippling Full time
About Rippling Rippling gives businesses one place to run HR, IT, and Finance. It brings together all of the workforce systems that are normally scattered across a company, like payroll, expenses, benefits, and computers. For the first time ever, you can manage and automate every part of the employee lifecycle in a single system.
Take onboarding, for example. With Rippling, you can hire a new employee anywhere in the world and set up their payroll, corporate card, computer, benefits, and even third-party apps like Slack and Microsoft 365—all within 90 seconds.
Based in San Francisco, CA, Rippling has raised $1.2B from the world’s top investors—including Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, Sequoia, Greenoaks, and Bedrock—and was named one of America's best startup employers by Forbes.
We prioritize candidate safety. Please be aware that all official communication will only be sent from @ Rippling.com addresses. About the role

Rippling’s Native Benefits Products team owns a range of Rippling-branded products that we offer alongside our benefits administration platform and benefits marketplace. These primarily healthcare and finance products help employers, brokers, and our members (employees and their families) understand and pay for healthcare, appropriately save for retirement, and remain compliant with government regulations. Our current portfolio includes healthcare payments (Rippling Flex) and compliance (Rippling COBRA and Rippling ACA).

As a Product Manager you will have two primary goals: 1) Continue to improve and scale our existing products, and 2) evaluate the current benefits landscape and identify and launch new 0-to-1 products.

You will lead the equivalent scope of multiple companies and have the opportunity to launch multiple company-sized new products over the next few years.

What you will do
  • Own part of the suite of existing Rippling Native Benefits products

  • Help drive identification, hiring, launch, and scaling for our new 0 to 1 benefits products

  • Scale our current products to support tens of millions of employees

  • Work cross-functionally with virtually every team – across product, engineering, design, marketing, and customer-facing functions – to develop market leading benefits products that can scale to billions in revenue.

What you will need
  • 4+ years of Product Management experience

  • Self-starter with a bias towards action

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Have owned both 0-to-1 product launches and products at scale

  • Helicopter pilot mentality - you can easily switch from high level strategy and planning to UI polish and data model details

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and comfortable working in a highly cross-functional role

  • Experience building regulated products in healthcare and/or fintech

  • Founder or hypergrowth startup experience a strong plus

  • Mobile product experience a plus

  • Strong alignment with our  leadership principles : in particular Go and See, and Are Right, a Lot.

If you don’t necessarily meet all of the requirements listed here, we still encourage you to apply because skills can be used in lots of different ways, your life experience is equally important sometimes.
