Part-Time Lecturer of Civil and Environmental Engineering

The University of Southern California, one of the nation's top universities, invites applications for a part-time faculty position in the Sonny Astani Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering within the USC Viterbi School of Engineering. The position in the CEE department is for part-time instructors in timber and masonry design and construction. Qualified candidates must have a master’s and/or PhD in civil and/or environmental engineering. Three years of industry experience is preferred.
This is a part-time faculty appointment effective Fall 4, starting August , 4. Applicants must submit a letter stating their interest in a part-time teaching faculty position and must include a description of their background, area(s) of specialization and teaching experience, a detailed curriculum vitae, and 4 letters of recommendation. Applicants also need to include a succinct statement on fostering an environment of diversity and inclusion.

The core salary range for this position is $3, - $3, per unit. This is a part-time position.
