Responsibilities & Requirements

The Receptionist is responsible for:

Provides support for administration staff and oversees daily departmental responsibilities relating to front desk reception support. Assists managers and director with administrative duties as needed. Displays good phone etiquette and answers phone by 3rd ring.  Collaborates with Nursing when scheduling/organizing resident transportation needs. Works with other departments to maintain exceptional care.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous clerical experience preferred.
