Overview /Objective

The Senior Manager, Finance is responsible for managing the annual budgeting, quarterly forecast and close variances for entire NFL Films business including Production, Internal and 3rd Party Production, Licensing, G&A and Capital Expenditures. The Senior Manager will work in a collaborative fashion with senior leaders of the organization and departmental heads to ensure budgetary accuracy, process optimization, and improving overall control footprint.

Responsibilities

Manage forecast submissions and consolidation of several budgets including production, post production, field acquisition and audio engineering into executive summary view.  Perform real time rolling forecast, quarterly business reviews and other ad hoc budgetary models to support business needs. Develop and maintain title comparable models. Perform ad hoc analysis for greenlight process for new production ideas.  Provide high level analytics to include resource utilization, year-over-year trending, cross show comparisons, production profitability analysis, and other tactical planning activities to optimize operational business decisions Work closely with production and operations teams to understand budget variances and identify risks & opportunities 

Required Qualifications

. in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics 7+ years’ experience in finance and/or accounting Ability to manage and analyze big data sets Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with sports media & entertainment industry Experience with TV production budgeting applications

Ability to multi-task meeting all deadlines and grasping new concepts quickly Ability to collaborate with team members in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
