Conduct Quality Control to achieve internal, customer and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Conduct Quality Control according to Quality control procedures. Assessment of Product Quality. Identify Product Defects. Record defects - documentation both electronically and hard copy. Report identified issues. Support analysis of quality data obtained for Quality Metrics (i.e. gigs,). Assessment of completed rework. Close attention to detail. Support Process Improvements. Understand and carry out oral and written directions in English Function with a minimal amount of supervision or no supervision. Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with those in contact on a day-to-day basis. Meet minimum standards of safety per assigned department. Support Lean Activities for Documentation issues. Meet minimum standards of housekeeping per assigned department. Be compliant with all the rules of conduct and attendance per the company handbook. Other duties and responsibilities as required. Perform follow up verification to corrective actions and preventive actions when required

Qualifications:

Understand Standard Work. Ability to read, writes, comprehend, and verbally communicate simple instructions, short correspondence and memos in English. Ability to read and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, assembly drawing, schematics and other written or verbal instructions presented in English. Ability to read English tape measures and use measuring devices. Ability to perform all operations within acceptable quality and time standards. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization. Must maintain a positive rating as described in the training/qualification evaluation record as a QC Coordinator. Ability to use Microsoft office, Word, Excel

Education and Experience:

High School graduate or GED Basic Knowledge of Microsoft office (specifically word, and excel Knowledge of Ambulance based electrical and mechanical systems
