Job Summary:
The Sr. Recruiter is responsible for full lifecycle recruitment of top talent across multiple business units, including high-volume hourly roles. This position will source, screen, interview, and close exceptional candidates for open roles. This is a high-visibility position that partners closely with hiring managers to develop innovative sourcing strategies and drive efficient hiring processes.  This position will require you to be onsite 100% of the time.

Job Responsibilities:
●Manage full-cycle recruitment process for assigned roles across the organization.
●Utilize creative sourcing techniques to build talent pipelines of passive and active candidates.
●Conduct candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and skill assessments.
●Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
●Execute sourcing plans to target qualified, diverse candidate pools.
●Leverage recruiting technology, social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
●Provide a positive candidate experience that promotes the company's brand.
●Assist with analyzing metrics and provide reporting on key recruiting performance indicators.
●Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
●Strong understanding of labor laws, employment regulations, and recruiting best practices.
●Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative skills.
●Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
●Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting databases.
●Commitment to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring.

Education & Experience:
●Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
● 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume manufacturing environments.
●Expertise in sourcing, interviewing, negotiating, and closing candidates.

Work Environment:
Exposure to both the office setting and food manufacturing facility.
●Significant amount of time working at a computer station
●Occasional visits to various areas of the manufacturing floor
● Must wear required PPE while in all manufacturing areas.
● Moving parts and machinery are present in the plant.

Physical demands:
●Frequent sitting, standing, or walking.
●Occasional ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
●Ability to physically perform functions of repetitive motion, grasping, lifting, pulling, pushing, reaching, crouching, kneeling, stooping, balancing, and climbing.
●Noise levels will vary, higher noise levels exist while in the plant operations areas.
