Compensation and Schedule:
- Hourly Rate: $22 to $26 per hour
- Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6AM - 2:30 PM, 40 hours per week
- Work Flexibility: Standard on-site role with consistent hours

Role Overview:
As a Production Machine Operator/Setup Technician, you will be responsible for handling products, equipment, and materials per the company's quality system procedures. You will follow specific work instructions to fulfill order requirements, visually inspect parts for defects, and ensure the production quality is never compromised. Your duties will include:
- Setting up and verifying production runs, including adjusting equipment and ensuring proper functioning
- Operating press lines and inspecting stampings for defects using various measuring tools
- Maintaining compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Performing general housekeeping functions to keep the work environment clean and safe
Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience in punch press, mold press, and/or lathe operations in the metal stamping or molding industry (preferred, not required)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
- High school diploma or GED
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift and carry up to 20 lbs, and maintain regular, punctual attendance
