Our team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is looking for an experienced, service-driven Esthetician with exceptional attention to detail to join our Spa team in creating a one-of-a-kind, relaxing experience for clients and guests at our spa facility, Saltgrass. Our ideal candidate will be dedicated to enhancing the guests’ well-being through exceptional and personalized spa treatments. In this role, you will use your expertise and commitment to outstanding customer service to play a pivotal role in ensuring our spa becomes a destination for refined relaxation.

Responsibilities

Provide a range of professional skincare and facial treatments tailored to individual guest needs as well as special event groups Assist clients with their ongoing wellness by recommending products for at home maintenance and educating guests about proper skincare regimens Conduct thorough consultations regarding current needs, medical history, and overall goals for the facial treatments and ongoing skin health Guide clients through offered services and products and meet retail sales goals Properly care for and utilize spa equipment, adhering to all sanitation and hygiene standards Uphold a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring guests feel comfortable and cared for Collaborate with fellow spa and fitness professionals to create a seamless and memorable spa experience for guests that encompasses holistic and personalized care Maintain working knowledge of the Bardo brand, resort programming and offerings—acting as a trusted resource to guests and members

Qualifications

Current Georgia License in esthetics Previous experience in a luxury spa environment is preferred Proven experience in performing a variety of skincare treatments, including facials and specialized procedures In-depth knowledge of skincare products, ingredients, and the ability to make personalized recommendations Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills Excellent grooming and presentation standards Knowledge of proper health, safety, and sanitation practices Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment
