Job Summary:

The Financial Analyst will be responsible foranalyzing financial data creating financial models and providinginsights to support strategic decisionmaking. The ideal candidatewill have strong analytical skills proficiency in financialsoftware and the ability to communicate complex financialinformation clearly.

KeyResponsibilities:

• Analyze financial data and create detailedfinancial reports and models.
• Monitor financialperformance by tracking key metrics and identifyingtrends.
• Provide insights and recommendations tomanagement based on financial analysis.
• Assistin the preparation of budgets andforecasts.
• Conduct variance analysis to compareactual results to budgeted figures.
• Supportmonthend and yearend closingprocesses.
• Collaborate with other departmentsto gather and analyze financialinformation.
• Ensure compliance with financialregulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Finance AccountingEconomics or a related field.
• Proven 24 yearsof experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similarrole.
• Proficiency in financial modeling andforecasting.
• Strong knowledge of financialsoftware (Excel SAP Oracle Famous oretc.).
• Experience in Agriculture Manufacture orConstruction industry is preferred.
• Excellentanalytical and problemsolving skills.
• Strongattention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability tocommunicate complex financial informationclearly.
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills.
• Professional certification(CFA CPA) is apreferred.
