About the location:
A luxury Oahu resort on the island's sunny Western Coast. Join us in Ko Olina and find your very own place of joy. Our beachfront island Resort sits on Oahu’s wild and rugged western coast, where vast ocean views and lively pools and lagoons provide the setting for an unforgettable adventure. Take the family for a ride on an outrigger canoe, splash around in the turquoise waters of our white-sand beach, play a round of golf as you weave through waterfalls at Ko Olina Golf Club, or spend the day reconnecting with your inner self at Naupaka Spa & Wellness Centre.The Guest Services Attendant provides guests with a full service arrival and departure experience. This position reports to the Guest Services Manager. As a Guest Services Attendant, you will be the first friendly face welcoming guests to the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina.

Responsibilities Include:
- Welcome all incoming and outgoing guests, assist with luggage,
- Safely park guest vehicle in hotel or local garage
- Make necessary deliveries and pick-ups to and from guest rooms.
- Respond to all interactions in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer service and satisfaction.
- Provide guests with directions and information about the island and attractions.
- Arrange for taxis or resort vehicle transportation as needed.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
- Has a clean driving abstract
- Has a valid driver's license
- Able to drive manual and automatic cars
- Has prior experience in Valet or Guest Services
- Able to read, write, and speak in English
- Has legal work authorization in the United States
Pay
The hourly pay rate for this position is $18.02 USD.
