Job Summary
The Office Assistant works alongside program directors and the franchise owner (Area Developer) to Help Kids Succeed in Life Through Sports The Office Assistant helps manage day-to-day customer service communications through email and phone calls. This position will also assist with coach recruitment, season prep tasks, and in-season preparation. In their role, the Office Assistant ensures the highest level of brand standards are executed and core concepts are continuously demonstrated.

Responsibilities 

Assist in the execution of the business marketing plan Manage/supervise volunteer coaches Develop rosters, and schedules, and assist with programming edits for various sports Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
Qualifications

Excellent communication & organization skills Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships Ability to work a varied work schedule including some nights and weekends Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check
