Who you are

High school diploma or equivalent Minimum one year office experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Deadline and detail oriented Ability to multi-task in a high-volume and high-stress atmosphere Ability to communicate and work efficiently with patients, co-workers, and providers Preferred Qualifications: EMR experience a plus OB/GYN or medical office experience a plus

Job Duties

Travels to unit as assigned Greets and guide patients and visitors Obtain and confirm patient demographics; updates patient profile Collect payment and/or assist patient with minor billing concerns Scan pertinent information into EMR system (HIPPA compliance, authorizations, medical records, etc.) Answers non-medical inquiries Special projects as needed Women’s Care, founded in 1998, is a leading women’s healthcare group in the United States, dedicated to providing the highest quality of care for women through their reproductive years and beyond.
