Slalom is currently seeking experienced professionals to model build and implement creative solutions within our Anaplan practice. 

What You’ll Do

Translate existing solutions, complex spreadsheets and business problems into elegant, intuitive Anaplan multi-dimensional modelsModify existing models as part of a connected solution, optimization, or to incorporate new functionalityProvide candid, meaningful feedback and progress updates in a timely manner to the Business Partner and teamDevelop model documentationParticipate in data integration and migration solutionsLead UAT testing and deploymentUp to 30% regional travel

What You’ll Bring

A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or MIS3+ years’ experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management solutions, including at least one Anaplan implementation OR 3+ years’ industry experience in a planning role (FP&A, Supply Chain Planning, etc.) with proficiency in other relevant technologies (Pigment, Adaptive Insights, Tableau, PowerBI, PowerPivot, etc.)Must have completed Anaplan Model Builder Certification prior to start date (Level 1 Model Building, Level 2 Model Building, and The Anaplan Way)Advanced Microsoft Excel / financial modeling skillsDemonstrated knowledge of a formal system implementation methodology – requirements gathering, design, build/test and deploy (Agile methodology preferable)Superb written and oral communication skillsPenchant for service excellence and a collaborative styleSubject matter expertise in planning and modeling in Supply Chain, Retail, Finance or Sales strongly preferredStrong understanding of data integration (inbound and outbound)Passion for business analytics, modeling and planningExcellent problem solving and analytical skillsDesire to work with a truly dynamic and exciting team, with a “roll-up your sleeves” approachStrong desire to excel and be committed to gaining exposure to multiple industries while further developing your career

Compensation and Benefits

Slalom prides itself on helping team members thrive in their work and life. We also offer yearly $350 reimbursement account for any well-being-related expenses, as well as discounted home, auto, and pet insurance. 

Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, we are open to hiring at the consultant level for this role with a comp range of $96,000 to $179,000. We are also open to hiring this role at the Senior Consultant level with a comp range of $110,000 to $205,000. In addition, individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The salary pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
