As a Technical Writer focusing on internal processes at Snap Finance, you will be instrumental in creating clear and detailed documentation that facilitates a deeper understanding of our internal workflows, policies, and procedures. You will collaborate closely with various teams, gathering information, and translating complex processes into user-friendly documentation. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.

The Job…

Research, outline, write, and edit content, working closely with various departments to understand project requirements.

Develop comprehensive documentation that meets organizational standards.

Gain deep understanding of products and services, and translate complex information into simple, polished, engaging content.

Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of target audience, turning insights into language for user success.

Develop and maintain detailed database of reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications.

Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement.

Assist with Large market onboarding as needed

Y ou…

Two or more years of experience as an effective technical writer

Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter.

Experience in writing documentation and procedure manuals for various audiences.

Superb written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Demonstrate an ethical approach to business, high integrity, and a commitment to delivering superior results.

Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment as an individual contributor.

Knowledge or experience in financial services and/or retail co-brand, private-label, installment loan or Lease-To-Own lease financing, a plus
