Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Electrician
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Shift: 2nd Shift (2 PM to 10:30 PM EST)
Weekend Shift Option: FRIDAY, SATURDAY, SUNDAY, MONDAY (10 PM to 7 AM) – Please specify availability when applying.

Raizan Solutions LLC is hiring for a direct hire position on behalf of our client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, piping, and electrical systems to ensure optimal operation.
  • Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and facility systems to minimize downtime.
  • Operate machine tools, such as lathes, grinders, and milling machines, to repair or fabricate parts.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and contribute to predictive maintenance programs.
  • Document work order completion and maintain an organized and clean work area.
  • Ensure safety compliance by adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
  • Assist in plant-wide initiatives and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Safely operate material handling equipment for transporting and positioning parts and machinery.
Qualifications
  • Must Have:
    • Stable work history.
    • Proficiency in PLC programming and troubleshooting.
    • High School Diploma or GED.
    • Hands-on experience in welding, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
    • Strong background in industrial maintenance and electrical systems.
    • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  • Nice to Have:
    • Prior experience in the food manufacturing industry.
    • Additional welding experience is a plus.
Skills
  • Strong technical aptitude with PLC, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Welding proficiency (MIG, TIG, and Arc welding).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Basic computer skills for maintenance tracking and work order systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
