**Position Available: Welder**

**Location:** Mentor, OH

**Shift:** First Shift - Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (with potential for overtime)

**Salary Range:** $18.00 - $25.00 per hour

**Experience Level:** Minimum of 3 years

**Job Type:** Full-time, Permanent

**Responsibilities:**

- Interpret and apply blueprints for welding projects
- Perform welding using MIG and Stick techniques
- Inspect welded surfaces and structures for quality assurance
- Demonstrate a high level of pride and craftsmanship in work
- Maintain a positive work ethic and safety-conscious approach
- Adapt to varied tasks in a job shop environment
- Ensure reliable attendance and punctuality
- Possess reliable transportation (valid driver's license and current vehicle)

**Requirements:**

- 3 years of welding experience
- Prior experience in a job shop setting preferred
