Job Summary

We seek a dynamic Director of Strategic Partnerships to spearhead our partnership initiatives. This role requires strategic thinking, relationship management and a deep understanding of the SaaS landscape. This leader will be responsible for building, navigating, and continue to grow our partner relationship with Social Media Platforms ((ie; Meta, TikTok, X, Snap, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)

Location: US Remote (Bay Area preferred)

What You’ll Do Here

Strategic Development :

Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy with Social Media Platforms (ie; Meta, TikTok, X, Snap, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) that is aligned with the company's business goals. Identify potential partnership opportunities that lead to revenue growth, customer acquisition, and product enhancement. Develop KPIs and metrics to measure the success and impact of partnerships.

Partnership Management :

Cultivate and nurture relationships with existing social media partners to ensure mutual success. Act as a primary point of contact for all strategic partnership discussions. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of each individual partnership, adjusting strategies as needed.

Negotiation :

Collaborate with the legal team to ensure compliance and risk mitigation in all partnerships. Be involved in contract negotiations with partners, ensuring that agreements are favorable and align with the company's objectives.

Internal Collaboration :

Work closely with product, sales, marketing, and other internal teams to identify and prioritize opportunities within the social media platforms. Ensure seamless integration and collaboration between partners and internal teams.

Industry Engagement :

Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to foster relationships and showcase the company's offerings. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor partnerships.

What You’ll Bring to Us

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus. Minimum of 3 years of experience in strategic partnerships, preferably in a SaaS environment. Proven track record of establishing successful partnerships and achieving revenue targets. Existing relationships with Social Media Platforms (ie; Meta, TikTok, X, Snap, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) is preferred. Strong business acumen. Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities. Ability to think strategically and execute methodically. Familiarity with the SaaS industry, its challenges, and opportunities. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
