We are looking for a  Diertary Assistant  to join our team This food service role is responsible for dining room meal service to our senior age residents and maintaining supplies in the kitchenettes for our community in Burnsville, MN. This nutrition services schedule includes;

48 hours every two weeks Evening Shift Hours are 6:30am-3pm Wednesday and Friday Includes every other weekend and holiday rotations Benefits: (Paid Time Off, Matching Retirement, Cash Out Wages Before Payday with our New Benefit of Early Wage Access) 

Ebenezer Ridges Care Center  is part of a full continuum of care campus including Transitional Care, Adult Day Programs, Child Care, Long Term Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care for seniors. We are located across the street from Fairview Ridges Hospital, conveniently located at the I-35E and I-35W split in Burnsville, MN.

Responsibilities/Job Description

Serves prepared meals to residents and ensures the dining area is clean and inviting Promotes and encourages positive resident relations and happiness with their meal service Sanitizes equipment, work areas and maintains supplies Assists with meal prep and special events Provides kitchen support when needed with dish washing and cleaning of floors Answers phones and communicates requests appropriately

Qualifications

No previous experience required, but prefer work experience in a customer service setting Excellent customer service skills and proficiency, teamwork and positive demeanor required Desire to work with seniors Ability to interact compassionately and communicate effectively with residents and staff
