Position Overview:

is looking for an insightful Senior Copywriter to join our creative studio team. The ideal person will be working closely with the creative director and graphic designers, in addition to the brand, product marketing, performance marketing, and lifecycle marketing teams, to bring ’s mission and feature sets to life through on-brand, compassionate messaging across our customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity to influence the growth of a leading brand. 

What You’ll Do:

Deeply understand our customers and create authentic, memorable communications that speak directly to their needs and barriers. Create compelling and concise copy for a large variety of marketing materials, including ad copy, emails, social posts, web copy, and more. Adapt copywriting style to match the medium.  Write copy that builds brand love, while also effectively driving acquisition, growth, and retention. Champion our brand voice and guidelines across all communications. Ensure consistency in our key value props, messages, voice, and tone across touchpoints — including collaborating closely with our partners on the product design team.  Edit and proofread marketing materials to ensure accuracy and consistency.  Partner with legal, safety, and other stakeholders to communicate the right nuances in our copy.

Who You Are:

3-5 years of professional copywriting experience, ideally for a consumer brand  Strong writing and editing skills, with a portfolio of writing samples A high degree of empathy and authentic knowledge of our target audience  Strong time management and organizational skills Flexibility and adaptability to change; ability to pivot quickly and multi-task Ability to present work and defend decisions persuasively, and advocate for the customer’s needs — while also being genuinely open to feedback and discussion A clear understanding of best practices around inclusive language.  Nice to have: Experience with Figma
