Primary Responsibilities:

  • Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and client specifications.
  • Engage with customers, taking drink orders, and providing exceptional service to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including wash glassware and utensils.
  • Monitor guest drinking behavior to ensure responsible service of alcohol, always adhering to local laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with other bar staff and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations during events.
  • Handle cash and process transactions accurately while maintaining the cash drawer balance.

Requirements

  • Experience: Prior experience as a bartender or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Skills: Strong communication skills and an outgoing personality. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with a variety of cocktail recipes and a basic understanding of bartending techniques.
  • Certification: Responsible beverage service certification is a plus.
  • Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift at least 25 pounds.
Pay:

$15.00 Per hour
