Lawyer/Paralegal with Relocation to the USA

Role: Lawyer/Paralegal Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive legal support and counsel to clients on various legal issues. Prepare and draft legal documents, such as contracts, declarations, and pleadings. Conduct legal research and analysis on cases and legislation to support legal proceedings and policy development. Assist in case preparation, including discovery, filing, and trial support. Communicate effectively with clients, offering clear legal advice and maintaining strong professional relationships. Collaborate with legal teams and contribute to case strategy discussions and decision-making processes. Stay updated with changes in law and new legal precedents to provide the most current legal advice. Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Law, or a related field for paralegals. Lawyers must have completed their JD or equivalent and be licensed to practice law. Proven experience working in a legal setting as a Lawyer or Paralegal, demonstrating a successful track record in legal research, document preparation, and client service. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and issues. Proficiency in English, ensuring effective communication with clients, colleagues, and court officials. Adaptability to new cultural and professional environments, with a proactive approach to continuous learning and professional development. Visa processing fees apply.
