Job Description

Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Veteran / VA Client Care

Compensation: $20 Per Hour + $2000 in Bonuses

Schedule: Full Time | 32+ Hours Per Week

Position Summary:

As a veteran caregiver with Home Health Care, Inc., you will be providing in-home care to our Veteran clients. This role offers caregivers autonomy, consistency, and the opportunity for fulfilling relationships. Each day, you will typically visit a few clients, providing assistance in their home for 23 hours. Visits are completed between the hours of 7am7pm throughout the week. CNAs, PCAs, HHAs, and DSPs are encouraged to apply

 

 

Responsibilities:

·         Personal Care and Companionship:

o   Provide one-on-one personal care, companionship, and homemaking services such as meal planning and light housekeeping.

·         Care Plan Services:

o   Perform services authorized on the Care Plan, such as transferring, bathing, and range of motion (ROM) exercises.

·         Build Relationships:

o   Establish meaningful connections with clients through consistent caregiving.

 

Qualifications:

·         Must be at least 18 years of age.

·         Current Nursing Assistant Certification / CNA in Minnesota.

·         Valid documentation to work in the United States.

·         Valid Driver’s License and reliable vehicle.

Military Occupational Classification (MOC) Codes:

If you're a military member transitioning to civilian life, we value your service and skills. Applicable MOS codes for caregiving roles include:

·         Army: Practical Nursing Specialist (MOS 68C)

·         Navy: Hospital Corpsman (HM)

·         Air Force: Aerospace Medical Service Specialist (4N0X1)

·         Marines: Hospital Corpsman (HM)

·         Coast Guard: Health Services Technician (HS)
