WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We're looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join the Converse Finance team at our Headquarters offices in Boston, MA. The Senior Financial Analyst plays a key role in helping Converse build and manage business plans that drive sustainable and brand-accretive growth. They perform financial and ad-hoc analyses that aid in the support of business decision-making and other strategic opportunities.

To be successful in this role, our team is looking for a natural self-starter with strong interpersonal skills that allow them to connect with a diverse set of collaborators and deliver results in ambiguous situations using financial insights.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

If this is you, you'll be driving timely and insightful financial analysis that enables our business partners to make informed portfolio decisions. You will also ensure leaders are educated on the use and interpretation of financial reports, metrics, and other key performance indicators. Critical support will be provided in:

Preparing and distributing financial analysis to determine progress against strategic plan, budget, and forecast and to support marketplace decisions Monitoring monthly progress against budgets/targets and working with business partners to ensure accountability Actively interpreting and reviewing financial results with senior leaders, including trends/issues and opportunities, to drive actionable responses

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will collaborate cross-functionally with various teams including Operations, Planning, Marketing, Merchandising, Strategy, and Controlling. You will also partner closely with Global and Geography Finance teams to deliver financial insights and reports to the CFO and Leadership team.

WHAT YOU BRING

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Minimum of 3 years of experience managing operating budget, cost accounting, P&L management, financial analysis and/or financial modeling Advanced level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills; and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate status, issues/risks, and opportunities with leadership Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and managing multiple, competing priorities and requests, while maintaining high standards for quality and attention to detail Consistent track record in developing high-profile, influential, and collaborative relationships across teams, functions, and layers An innate desire to continuously explore, learn, and exercise intellectual curiosity Strong enthusiasm and passion for the Converse brand

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $90,400.00 in our lowest geographic market to $153,700.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills, and experience. Information about benefits can be foundhere.
